Joann is the wife of Dr. Jeffrey, and has played a major role in running the practice since its inception in 1982. Working from home while raising 3 children, she is now back as a full-time office manager. With over 35 years of experience, she can handle all your questions and needs. Her mission is to ensure a high quality of customer satisfaction.

Nikki is the head technician at Jeffrey Animal Hospital and has been with us for over 21 years. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Michigan State University, and has dedicated her life to caring for animals. She also has a busy home life: married with 2 sons and 2 dogs, 4 cats, 2 leopard geckos, and fish. In her spare time, Nikki likes gardening, reading, Jeeping, and traveling.

Kim’s love of all animals is obvious; she has been with us for over 20 years and is our own “dog and cat whisperer.” Animals instinctively trust and connect with her. Away from work, Kim enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband, 2 daughters, 3 dogs, and 2 cats.

Leanne has 20 years of experience in the veterinary field and has been with Jeffrey Animal Hospital since 2013. Her enthusiasm and love for animals is obvious to everyone. Besides her passion for animals, Leanne likes being outdoors, going up north, and off-roading. She is the proud owner of Gracie Lynn, her rescue dog, and 3 cats.

Jennifer is the most recent welcome addition to our reception staff, having been with us since early 2016. A bit more reserved than our other receptionists, watch out when the ice breaks! Her love for animals and her desire to help them and their owners immediately shines through. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with her husband, daughter, 4 cats, and 1 dog.
