He received his Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University, and is a member of both the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association. He is semi-retired.

Dr. Nancy Bialach
On the Job:
Dr. Bialach’s reason for becoming a veterinarian is age-old: she loves animals. As a veterinarian, her goal is to diagnose, treat, and monitor patients to ensure they “feel great for as long as possible.” She is especially interested in diagnostics and internal medicine, and has been with Jeffrey Animal Hospital since 1989. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University. She is also a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association.
When not helping ill or injured patients in the hospital, Dr. Bialach enjoys spending time with her husband and solving the hardest crossword puzzles you’ve ever seen! Her rescued cat, Fatty, has no hobbies.
Dr. Andrea Zelten
On the Job:
After graduation from Michigan State University, Dr. Zelten worked for several years in Maine and North Carolina before returning to her home state of Michigan. Dr. Zelten has been with Jeffrey Animal Hospital since 2008. She enjoys improving the quality of life and health of animals in order to strengthen their bond with their humans. Dr. Zelten is very committed to continuing education. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association, and the Southeastern Michigan Veterinary Medical Association.
Outside of Jeffrey Animal Hospital, Dr. Zelten shares her life with her 4 children, 1 grandchild, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 guinea pigs. She also appreciates spending time outdoors, hiking and kayaking.
